The Two Pigs
There were two pigs that were picked up by some old lady. The lady loved these pigs like her kids. One day, the village was having a feast and they ran out of meat so they went to the old lady to buy one of the pigs. She refused so they gave her some alcohol to get her drunk. She then agreed to sell the youngest pig. The younger pig saw this and was super sad. The older pig then says some words that changed everyone's feelings. The entire city was moved to tears and they did not kill the pigs.

The Patient Buffalo
There was a buffalo and a monkey. The monkey wanted to make the buffalo angry but nothing he did upset the buffalo. A fairy then shows up and asks the buffalo why he doesn't just destroy the monkey and the buffalo responded with I shouldn't hurt someone just to make myself feel happier. The fairy was pleased with the answer and gave the buffalo a charm so that no one can ever bother it again.

The Sarabha
There are these beautiful deer in the forest known as Sarabha. One day, a king was hunting and he sees one of these deers and chases after it. He kept on chasing deep into the forest and he approached a chasm that the deer easily jumped across. The king's horse, knowing there's a chasm, stopped but that flung the king forward and he fell in. The deer, not hearing any noise behind it, thought that the king might've fallen into the chasm and goes to save him. The king was sad at himself for ever trying to hurt the deer for the deer saved the king even though he was his enemy. The king promised the deer no one will ever hunt in the forest again.

The Great Elephant
A big elephant in the desert found some men, starving, huddled together. The men said they were driven from the city by their king and that many of them had perished along the way. The elephant then told them at the foot of the hill over there is the body of a big elephant, they can eat that and survive until they reach the next city. The elephant then sprinted ahead of them and went a way where the men can't see it. He then jumped from the big hill and died. The men found the elephant at the bottom of the hill and realized that it was the elephant that helped them. They debated whether they should eat him but then decided they should so that his sacrifice wouldn't be in vain. The men then reached the next city and lived happily ever after.

The Forest Fire
There was a mom and dad quail and their 7 kids. The mom and dad would only feed the good insects to 6 of the kids and the other one only got grass seeds so those 6 became big and strong while the 7th one still can't fly. One day, a forest fire was reaching the nest and the mom, dad, and 6 quails flew away. The 7th one couldn't fly though and remained behind. When the fire reached the nest, the quail asked why the fire would approach him when he can't even leave. The fire then left and everyone lived happily ever after.

The Golden Goose
There was a golden bird flying with his flock of birds over the kingdom of Benares. The king, seeing this, decided to hold a parade for the bird. The bird, seeing this, descended to see the king. The king marveled at its beauty. The next day, the bird was flying back to his place in the mountains when he saw the king again. He came down to say hi and then left. The king long to see the bird again. Meanwhile, there are two little birds in the flock that wanted to race the sun. The golden bird, aka the king bird, warned them not too but they still did it anyways. The king was wary of them so he followed the little birds and as the birds raced the sun, they got super tired. The king caught them before they were able to fall though. The king then wondered if he could race the sun so he did it. He then decided to visit the king of Benares on a whim. The king was longing to see the golden bird again and was delighted when he visited. The bird then told the king about how fast he is and other stories. The king was like is there anything that's faster than you and the bird responded with time. And then he talked about if you give enough love to your people, with time, they will love you back. The king wanted the bird to stay but the bird didn't trust humans enough so it left. The king then ruled the city and they lived happily ever after.

The Noble Horse
The king of Benares had this beautiful horse. One day, 7 kingdoms decided to invade Benares. A noble knight was willing to fight this kingdom but he needed the help of the best horse in the country aka the king's horse. The king agreed and lent him the horse. The knight made swift work of 6 of the 7 kingdoms and their respective kings were captured. Against the 7th kingdom, the horse looked tired so the knight let him rest to grab another horse. The horse knew that the knight would be killed if he took another horse so the horse told the knight to take him instead, he can still fight. They defeated the 7th kingdom but the horse died in the process. The king was upset but the horse said don't worry about it, I saved the kingdom that's all that matters. Everyone lived peacefully and the 7 captured kings were released.
